Yes, we ship all over the world, with the exception of some small remote islands. If you cannot checkout, then unfortunately we cannot ship to your location.
Currently, we are dealing with a high volume of orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes 7–10 business days within the U.S. and 10–14 business days for international orders.
We offer easy size exchanges for all items. Please let us know which size you would prefer by contacting our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you!
Yes. To start a return, email us at support@drewlark.com with your order details. We’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that return shipping is at your expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@brookshyde.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
In that case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
